About Me

Hi, My name is Priscilla

I’m a Relationships Therapist with a deep passion for helping people understand and navigate their emotions, while enhancing communication, connection and intimacy.

I have a particular focus on healing developmental trauma and supporting nervous system regulation, helping you to build resilience and form meaningful connections.

I believe that fulfilling relationships – including the one you have with yourself – are at the heart of a happy life. My approach combines techniques that connect mind and body, supporting you in living authentically and in alignment with your values.
